Information we collect

When you send a tattoo inquiry, we collect the information you provide:

• Your name, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method
• Your tattoo idea
• Any reference images you choose to upload

We also collect technical and advertising information associated with your visit or inquiry, such as your IP address, browser and device information, page URL, referral source, campaign parameters, and advertising or click identifiers.

How we use it

We use this information to respond to your inquiry, discuss and schedule tattoo work, protect the form from abuse, maintain reliable records, and understand the effectiveness of our website and advertising.

Services that process data

Your inquiry may be processed through our secure website storage and the services we use to receive and manage requests, including Telegram, Google Sheets, and email delivery providers.

We use Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure advertising results. Contact details such as email, phone number, and name are normalized and hashed with SHA-256 before they are sent to Meta. Meta also receives some technical matching information in its original format, including IP address, browser user agent, Meta browser or click identifiers (fbp and fbc), and a site-generated external identifier. These values must remain in their expected format for browser visits and server events to be matched correctly.

This website uses Yandex Metrika to measure visits and inquiry events, with session replay on landing pages. The inquiry form, entered text, filenames, and image previews are excluded from session replay. Some pages may also load Google Analytics or Google Ads tags. These tools may process page visits, interactions, device and browser information, IP-derived location, referral data, and advertising identifiers to measure site use and campaign performance.

These providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Data retention

Before you submit, the form temporarily keeps your entered text and contact preference in the current browser tab so it can restore them after a page refresh. This draft is cleared after a successful submission or when the tab is closed. Reference images are not stored in this draft and must be selected again after a refresh.

Reference images uploaded with an inquiry are automatically deleted from our server after 90 days. Other inquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage the requested service, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and to receive information about how it is used or shared. You may also opt out of marketing communications and applicable sharing for targeted advertising.

To make a request, email Kolbasin.booking@gmail.com and include the phone number or email address used in your inquiry so we can identify the relevant record. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
