These terms apply to your use of the Andrey Kolbasin Tattoo website (andreykolbasin.art) and to tattoo services provided by Andrey Kolbasin Tattoo ("we", "us"). By submitting the consultation form or booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.
The form on our website submits a consultation request, not a confirmed booking. After you submit, we review your idea and contact you to discuss feasibility, scheduling and pricing. An appointment is confirmed only once we agree on a date and any required deposit is received.
A deposit may be required to reserve your appointment time. The deposit amount and conditions are communicated to you before booking and, where applicable, are applied toward the final price of your tattoo. Please give us reasonable advance notice if you need to reschedule, so your deposit can be honored for a future date. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in forfeiture of the deposit.
You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at your appointment. Under California law, we cannot tattoo minors, even with parental consent.
Tattoos are permanent. Healed results vary depending on your skin, lifestyle and how closely you follow the aftercare instructions we provide. You are responsible for disclosing any relevant medical conditions, allergies, skin conditions, pregnancy or medications before your session. We reserve the right to decline or postpone a service if we believe it is unsafe to proceed.
Custom artwork and designs created for your tattoo remain the creative property of the artist. We may photograph completed work and use those images in our portfolio and on social media. Let us know in advance if you prefer your tattoo not be shared publicly.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from the use of this website or our services is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for outcomes resulting from failure to follow aftercare instructions or from undisclosed medical conditions.
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
